Okay, so today’s adventure might not seem like such a big deal to most people : it is to me though! Having relied on my ex-husband to sort out my technological life in the past, I knew that the time would eventually come when I’d have to face the modern world on my own, head on.

Now is that time 🙂 . In the past week, I’ve adventured into PC World, had conversations with technical guys (I’m still certain that I didn’t understand a word but I seem to have got some kit that does what I want it to do) and, today, I bought myself a mouse.

The acquisition of technical “bits and bobs” isn’t new. Success with getting them to work would be new though (and probably a complete surprise 🙂 ). The question of the day is : can I get my new mouse to work?
