Here I am at the end of my first 7-day gratitude adventure and I’m noticing some really significant changes. Just to be “scientific” about it, I re-took the self-test I did on day 1 of my gratitude journal. Even after only 7 days, I’ve gone up 10% points :).  Now I’m more grateful than 85% of the adult, American population!
In today’s video, I record the final part of my journal and share what I’m noticing about my relationship with gratitude.
I’ve been away in Glasgow for a few days so I’ve a bit of catching up to do! In this post I’ve included 5 short videos that will bring you up-to-date with my adventures 🙂 .
Adventure 38 : Day 7 Of The Prosperity Game ~ I share my learning from the previous 7 days along with details of how I spend my daily credit from the Universal Bank (it’s a whopper today, by the way!)
Adventures 39 – 42 : Keeping A Gratitude Journal ~ I’ve never kept a gratitude journal before! I’m interested to see what happens when I place my awareness on the things I’m grateful for. The reason for keeping a gratitude journal are pretty compelling : you can read more about the benefits of gratitude here. You can even take part in an interactive quiz to see how grateful you are 🙂 . I took the quiz before starting and it turns out that I am more grateful than 75% of the American adult population. I feel grateful about that 🙂 and wonder what impact my gratitude journal may have on that figure.
